About the Awards

The IBCIS Sustainability Innovation Awards spotlight outstanding achievements in sustainability from around the globe. We’re looking for replicable green technologies, innovative business models, and disruptive entrepreneurs driving real transformation.

Winners will receive a certificate presented by a distinguished congressman during COP30 and will engage in exclusive roundtable discussions with Brazil’s business and policy leaders.

Prepare Your Application Materials

Gather all required documents using the official templates and ensure your submission is complete.

Submit Before the Deadline

Ensure your full application is sent before the official cutoff date.

Await Evaluation

All entries will be reviewed by a qualified, independent evaluation panel.

Evaluation & Announcement

Winners will be notified 20 days before the opening of COP30 and publicly announced during the event, in front of political leaders, industry executives, and media representatives.

A special thematic roundtable on international trade and sustainability will follow the ceremony, giving awardees the chance to connect with potential business partners and scale their innovations in Brazil.

Event Location

The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in Belém during COP30.
Alternate cities under consideration: Brasília or São Paulo, pending final logistics review.
